I'm visiting and traveling for the next two months but the good news is I'm already showing a loss for this week. Now I want to hold onto it and make it a bigger one.
Hope everyone is having a good week. The bf arrived yesterday afternoon (finally!!). We had our first family dinner last night and it went great. These next three weeks are going to be so much fun with him here.

I had a job interview today for a sales position in my company. There are 6 of us who interviewed. We should know who was selected by the end of next week. Keep your fingers crossed for me! God knows this would really help my family out a LOT to get this promotion.

I am still having a really hard time and I am so overwhelmed with school. I barely have time to come online anymore. If anyone has any tips on dealing with over eating when stressed or fitting in exercise when all you want to do is sleep let me know.
Rated, exercise has turned out to be an incredible stress reliever for me. When I have a crazy stressful day at work I used to turn to snacks to help me get through the rest of the day. Now I get away from my desk for a break and take a nice brisk walk outside. The fresh air and exercise help to clear and refocus my mind for the rest of the day. Remember....you don't need to hit the gym for 2 hours for it to be exercise. Get away from your desk for a 20 minute run and I guarantee you'll come back feeling less stress and ready to take on the next challenge of studying or assignments or class.
ditto peanutts point. I do chair ips with my couch, crunches and ush ups when I am getting stressed, only takes 5-10 mins but it works WONDERS best part, im exercising!
Crazy weird stressful week for me at work. I'm eating under my calories, but am gaining rather than losing weight. I know there is some water retention going on, but it's very frustrating. Here's to hoping things settle down at work and this water leaves my body asap. Have a good weekend!
Well after avoiding the scale last week because I ate like crud, TOM came just in time for weigh in day this week. I didn't even weigh myself last week, but I did early in the week and was pleasantly surprised to see I didn't really do any damage. This week remains to be seen. I did an early weigh in today (Sat) and wasn't really thrilled so we will see what happens when I wake up in a few hours.
