hey ladies, I'm up from my nap, did a workout . . . would have liked to do more but my muscles feel like JELLO . . . I'm sure it's the messed up sleep schedule, but will go to bed early tonight . . . (I'm sure there will be NO PROBLEM with that) and will be HARD at it tomorrow . . .

I’m not telling you to end a lifelong relationship, but if your best friend is constantly giving you negative feedback then you need to separate yourself from that friend, at least for a while. They can realize that you are serious about your new plan to become a healthier you. IF they are true friends, they will realize that this is what is best for you and hopefully they will decide to join you in your new journey. Or at least they might support you. But, if not, you may need to evaluate your relationship to see if it is truly healthy for you in the first place. Hey all, checking in here. I was feeling a bit burnt out after my wellness competition at work (they still haven't told us who won), so I just took a step back last week. I still kept my eating reasonable, but not super strict. And I was pretty lazy as far as exercise. I still intended to be accountable and go to WW on Saturday... but Friday night was a little crazy and I overslept both meetings. But I'm back to it now. Went to spin class tonight and it kicked my butt after that lazy week. After spin I went to the grocery store and got myself ready for an on plan week.

I KILLED IT at the gym tonight. 1hr15min. 1 hr of that with my personal trainer. Yes it hurt like ****, yes she made me cry. But after I left the gym tonight I felt great. Now I'm going to drink some more water to help heal my muscles and get some rest so I'm ready for another session tomorrow night.
