sad to say that I am back to the hospital, it look like my baby is having an infeccion on her surgery insicion. I check her yesterday and she was Ok, and then afeter posting in the morning yellow stuff... So we are on emergenci rigth now. |

I use a heart rate monitor to track my calories burned. I punched in a couple of common workouts for me. One was over-estimated by 80ish calories burned and one was underestimated by about 100 calories from what I usually burn. I think whatever method you use to calculate your burn, you should be fine if you stay consistent. :)

Yes, that was me who found the erroneous post amusing. Yes, it was me who was originally feeling kind of bad and thinking we needed to go all Kumbaya and Rodney King but because this was my first time in one of these BL competitions I didn't know the proper etiquette, like were we allowed to post on Blue's threads? Can we please focus on the fact that as a Red AND Blue group we've lost a total of just over 420 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna go extend an olive branch, but seriously if there was ever a person who doesn't need defending it's Rainbow! By far, Rainbow is the greatest motivator I've ever encountered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could it be the Love Train derailed? Perhaps it was sabotage, someone coated the tracks with butt-ery goo. |
