Jennie527 - like shan said up to you what you want to do as far as WI I always try to have it close to my real weight as otherwise I feel I am cheating myself at the end of the challange for what I actually lost for the 13 weeks. But it is up to everyone individually the nice loss at the start is a great feeling. Whatever you decide welcome to the challange. Hope your feeling better soon.

Well not much new with me I am not sure if I will have any type of loss this week I have been hungry all week so have been eating over my points everyday so far

I need to lose 6lbs by October to make my RTG (meetings for work) goal.
