I can't believe I totally spaced on weighing in yesterday!! Sorry. I will be more active here this week. Got all my workouts planned and have 3 strength training days planned too. Got the Body for Life for Women book at the library bookstore for a $1, so that's where the strength training guide comes in. I hope everyone is doing well. Let's have an awesome week!!!

I have currently been in a post 20lb loss stall for a month now. I was at 230 for 2 weeks and now 229 for the last 2 weigh ins...so I hope that I can show a loss with the next weigh in!! Good Luck girls- this is the start of a brand new week!

to our overall Biggest Loser CapeBretonChick! You Rock!
and to our honorable mentions me4life, gracie789, and khrungy. You guys are awesome!

I am really feeling down about the slow down in my weight loss. For the month of June I am at 6 pounds total. I feel like I am definitely getting the exercise in, so it has to be my meals, but I feel like I am well within my calorie limits. I have to just take a deep breath and say 6 pounds loss is better than a 5 pound loss and learn to be happy with the small steps. Somedays it's just harder than others though.

I have my orientation tonight at The Y and I can't wait. I am going to do their Zumba class tomorrow night. I also hope to try one of their water aerobics classes too.

Hope everyone has a great week!

Congrats to everyone who lost!!

I had pizza last week and blew up. (literally) it took me until today to get rid of the sodium weight, it was horrible. At first I couldn't figure it out because I have stayed within my calories every day. Then I googled the sodium amount. So sad!
Oh well, I'm back to normal now and ready to have a good week
