Life is still a little rough here after the break up but at least me and him are still talking. We are trying to make things work. No gurantees but we love each other enough to try to see what we can do.
My eating has been way off plan- not bad food...little to no food is more like it. I have dropped weight drastically in the last 4 days from my emotional state. I am trying to get back to 3 meals a day, even if I'm force feeding myself right now.
Exercise is kicking into high gear. I hiked into town today- 45 minutes. It wasn't too bad. The weather was a little windy but the sun was shining.

I'm going to check out a new gym tomorrow and decide which gym to sign up with. I got a walking buddy who is going to start hiking into town and back with me Monday-Friday night after work. Also planning on hitting the gym everyday. I have to kick my butt into gear.
I want change. A good change though, and a healthy change.
I know I deserve to be happy and healthy, so I am ready to make it happen. Hope you all have a good start to your week.
