Great job Mercy!!!!

I'm showing another gain. No excuses because there really is no good excuse that I can think of. A very sall part of it is that TOM is coming...but most of it was emotional eating...stress....lack of willpower, etc etc. I did it to myself. I let down my team. And I appologize team.

What's up my beautiful blue ladies!? I'm back from Miami, sad to leave but happy to be back home. I'm sure I'll be posting a gain tomorrow, which is really annoying because I had made all sorts of plans to avoid a gain and actually worked out like crazy with all the walking AND making use of the fitness center. There's just no accounting with the food! I didn't go crazy, but who knows what sort of hidden calories are in each entree/sandwich! Ok, I sound paranoid and I probably am, haha. Anyway, whatever happens tomorrow happens. I did my best and I know I usually retain water like MAD after a trip. Blah.

Glad to be back and I'm joining in on the two challenges - post here everyday to keep myself accountable and lose 5 lbs by Mother's day!!

Ang - Thanks for the wishes!

to all!

Here's a pic of me on Friday night - before we headed out to dinner. My hair is actually looking tame...it definitely needs to be flowbee'd. Sorry the pic is so small. Had a devil of a time resizing it so it would fit 3FC guidelines.

Baby grant, I think I'm up a few lbs! OMG! I'm crazy. I made the goal for 5 lbs with Mercy and look what happens to me! I think goals make me binge. THAT is not good. Geez. I guess this problem is a small one compared to people with terminal illnesses and sick children and so many things that make this pale in comparison but I just hate having this food/weight problem. It always is worse when I am tired like lately. I let down the team too. I'm sorry also, team. I am a slacker!!!

I vow to do better this coming week and at least maintain whatever my weigh in is for Sunday. I can do it! We all can do that! Shoot for maintenance when you are stressed or tired. Hard to lose then! I know it CAN be done, but is hard for me.

Ok, love u guys, gotta go! Hugs!!

Oh has anyone seen Paranormal Activity?? I love ghost stuff and love those type movies but no one to watch with me. Wonder if I can sleep if I watch it. Dh wont be home til after midnite from work so I'll go to sleep alone with maybe the kids in my room though, which I like. Anyhoo, prolly will watch tomorrow during the day, even though it isn't as good then. I'm a wimp! But love those. And I still wanna see Exorcism of Emily Rose. My daughter is named Emily so I kinda am freaked out but I wanna see!! For any of you who like suspense, have you seen The Changeling with George C Scott from the 70s? I love it, I have it. Nothing to do with Angelina's movie. Totally diff. and very good. ok nite!!

I'm annoyed. Why? Here's the story:

I have a good friend of 5+ years who never remembers my birthday, unless I reminded her (I only did this once). I know this makes me sound childish, but it's just the way I am. I love birthdays in general and make a big deal out of them. To be fair, she says the only reason she remembers her birthday is because it's close to a major holiday (weird). FYI, I have never forgotten her birthday. Anyway, we hangout often and this time, she suggested meeting up on my birthday with no indication that she knew the date. I told her I was busy and could meet on another day. I'm so tempted to try and guilt-trip her when we meet or go so far as to ignore her on her birthday, but I'm just not that kind of person. Blah. She's a good friend otherwise, but this just gets to me. Anyway, at least it will give me some impetus to go work out. I gained 3 lbs from last week!! Stupid vacay. I'm hoping a lot of it is water weight since I've been peeing like crazy for the past 3 hours. We'll see. At least next week I'll show a sizeable drop, eh?

Hi ladies!

So sorry I haven't been posting much. The weather is gorgeous and I've been out and about enjoying the spring! I have been reading everyone's posts when I can and sending out positive thoughts.

When this challenge first started, I had a goal of getting to 259 by the end (at first the official end was this week, week 14)...well, today, the scale said 259.8! I'll take it! I'm so happy!

Hi everyone I have been MIA lately not on purpose though I sign in every morning before work and I can't seem to get on. I wait about 5 min or so and then give up. It took forever this morning to post my weight and get to page 2 here and post. About an hour total so can't do that every morning.

Angela - how did your half day at work go? are you feeling back to your normal self yet? Thanks for the comments I am a little scared to up my calories in case that backfires on me. But I need to try something. I think my water intake is good anywhere between 3 and 4 liters a day.

Mercy03 - glad your back and feeling better. WOW your rocking your goal. I would join but it seems no matter what I try I am going backwards right now.

babygrant - hang in there things will get better. Good luck with your goal.

Sunnigummi - Im sure you'll drop those 3lbs very quickly probably just water. A note about the friend.....I'm that friend, I have a really hard time with Birthdays and I write them down but never in a book on paper and then don't know where that paper ends up. With most of my friends I remember but my one friend (and I love her dearly and would do anything for her) the date of her birthday seems to elude me every year. There is absolutly no excuse but now I'm at the point I scared to ask the date in order to write in on the calendar. I'm sure your friend thinks the world of you. Happy Anniversary I'm glad you had a great time away.

Soon2BFitChick - Good luck with getting your new baby I hope you can complete your family soon. Struggling with these 2lbs is driving me crazy as well good luck with your new goal.

ars - Congratulations on reaching your goal That's awesome.

Well posted a small loss which just takes me back to 2 weeks ago. Just finished posting my exercise and I should be dropping when I look at how much I am doing. This really sucks and I know in my head it will work out but my heart is breaking and wonders what is the use of trying so hard when it doesn't pay off. At least if my clothes fit better but they don't either. I am not sure what else to try I can't even say that I'm not giving it my all because I am which is a first for me. The second I get home from work I do my workout. Before if I was tired I would just say oh well there is always tomorrow. I am at a loss as to what to try next. Thanks for listening to my rambleing everyone.

So sorry if I missed anyone. I hope you all have a fantastic day and here is to a great next week for all of us on the Blue Team.

Angela is the new challenage up yet I can't see it, I just don't want to miss my chance of being in the next challange and being with all of you wonderful ladies who help support me.

I'll take your challenge. Sorry I've not been the best on posting. But I will start. Kids go back to school tomorrow. This morning I woke up feeling blah, head, throat, and body aches. I've been sleeping most of the day, but it's not helped. Keep going through freezing to sweating. Going to go take a hot shower and see if that helps. Stayed the same this week, probably cause I drank some wine this week, 2 glasses almost nightly, but it's gone and I won't buy anymore!!

I have been a wicked, bad woman while I was away. Ate from the devil's table (chips, ice cream, cheese cake, and anything else that was on the go) every day. I'm taking my first freebie ever and I'm not weighing until next week. Anyhoo, I'll see you all tomorrow on the new week.

DH, the kids and I started geo-caching today! What fun!!!!! We hiked and walked for just over 5 hours today. I got tons of amazing pictures and had the best time with my family. If this is what exercise is supposed to really be like...I'm totally in!! DH and I are going to go geo-caching again while our oldest is in school and the little one is in preschool. So 2 1/2 hours of hiking again. My eating has been on plan and I did so good today. Signed up for the next challenge as well.
