Monday -- 30 minute gym circuit + 90 minute yoga (missed it )
Tuesday -- 2.5 mile run
Wednesday -- 30 Day Shred
Thursday -- 2 mile run
Saturday or Sunday -- 3 mile run

My plan is to survive this week and workout at least 3x since its crazy.

Monday - OFF (horrible day at work and was exhausted)
