I am assuming this thread is still active, since this is where the link sent me.
What if someone is physically incapable of doing some of the extra physical workouts, etc.? Do the rules allow them to substitute with things they can do? I have a slight disability which pretty much limits me to water workouts, limited amounts of walking, etc. Of course I understand if this will disqualify me from participating in some of the challenges; but just wondering it this has been addressed or if I and others with physical limitations just have to "sit out" part of it.

In recent challenges, we haven't utilized additional team challenges as things became a bit too competitive. The main thing is to move/be physical within your capabilities.

Hi Kayin,
They usually run throughout the year with two of them running with the show.
We're on our last week of this challenge so we will post in the next couple weeks about a new on to start late April or early may.

I started on Jan 13, 2013. I would like some way to challenge myself. Also,how do you add the weight monitor to your posts. I have the ticker, but don't know how to save it.
I'm not seeing the in-between chat or any of the other chats, were they removed? I used to check there for when the next challenge would be starting. ????
Will be posting about the new challenge soon. I only created the one in between chat thread as it's not being used very much at this point. I can see all the other ones Dora so not sure what's happening there.

Debbyd1959- I believe you need to have at least 20-25 posts before you can get the ticker. I'm pretty sure they have the info on the main page here and also tells you how to set it up. That's how I got mine to work.
Few more posts and you should be good to go. If your interested in the challenges I will announce shortly the sign up threads.
I will be posting the teams with starting weights tomorrow morning. You will be able to see which team you are on then and can add yourself to the corresponding team post. The challenge starts on the 28th and your first weigh-in will be on May 4th.
Just so you all know I've made the weigh in threads but they are closed until the teams are announced then I will open them and you can sign up with your posted starting weight.
