Echo, I have met and finished this challenge in the blue underlined script. I almost forgot when I went out this morning but I just happened to check my watch and realized I'd been walking about 5 or 6 minutes and I remembered immediately that I was going to do the challenge today. The last 60 seconds of running was uphill, puff, puff.

Next Dare: I dare you to do 50 counter push-ups.

lol! you're so funny! but would it be fair to set a dare, without me doing a dare myself

but if you wanna get beat up

lets throw in some cardio for some extra burn!

****unofficial dare **** [pending me completeing a dare to qualify]

i dare you to:

fast jog on the spot for 1 minute.

then do steps for 2 minutes - but each time you step up -lift your legs up , so your knee is coming up to your chest. (use a small step stool or use your stairs)


repeat the sequence - 5 times. this will burn just over 100 calories. have fun!

I liked it, my knees didn't, but I needed those 100 cal deficit.

I think I am going to do my dare during bl, just the sound of Jillian will motivate me.

Did you hear that she was getting her own show this summer? I am so psyched, I was talking with my sister and we both agreed that we do much better when the show is on in the fall and spring and that we both get a little lazy in the summer so, I will have no excuses now! This forum has also helped a bunch btw, everybody is so welcoming and supportive.

I have met your challenge. Took me forever to do the sit ups but I did them. I'm expecting some new muscle soreness tomorrow morning.
