We did this during the BL Challenge that cakses ran, and it went over well I think. So, post a challenge for someone, a la 20 sit-ups and 20 jumping jacks. Then, the other member has to complete that, say they did and they can post their own challenge for the next taker.

I'll start so you all can have an idea of where to start.
CHALLENGE: Do 25 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups and 15 bicycle crunches
Done! Am home on lunch break and checked in.. lol felt inspired so I jumped up n got it done.. all 25 jacks, 10 push-ups and 15 bicycle crunches! Thanks Shannon! Was a nice wake me up before I go back for the afternoon..lol

Challenge : Do 20 lunges (10 each leg), do 20 squats, and because I felt the burn from these .. 20 bicycle crunches

Completed (and man do I need a yoga mat, ouch)! Next challenge- Hold the plank for 10 seconds (it's harder than it looks), Hold the side plank on for 10 seconds on each side.

Done. Its been months since I've done things like this. I've been just running, walking, road biking and mt biking this summer. And I really shouldn't have done all of this on a full stomach! yuck! And I should have put on a sports bra.

Done. 15 seconds on my left side for the side plank, and 10 seconds on the other, and 10 for the regular plank.
Um.. sorry don't mean to interupt the flow of the thread with chatter...but quick question..? Do we do all the previous challenges each person has posted from the begining of the challenge or just the last one posted.. thats how i thought it was but.. thought I better double check...
