Will be a crazy week for me, so I am committing to 150 minutes for this week.

I am aiming for 447 mins of :exercise: this week.


Mon - Cardio 39 mins, abs 7 mins, weights 67 mins = 113 total
Tues - Cardio 48 mins, floor exercises for my legs 10 mins = 58 total
Wed - Weights for chest & back = 65 mins
Thurs - Cardio 41 mins, abs 6 mins = 47 mins
Fri - None
Sat - Cardio 41 mins, abs 7 mins, weights/plyometrics, (legs), 50 mins= 98 total mins
Sun - Weights - shoulders, biceps, triceps: 64 mins, + Cardio 26 mins = 90 mins

Total mins:
471/447 Exceeded my goal so I am very happy!

Tuesday:30 walking, 30 min stationary bike.Beat my goal again!
Wednesday:30 swimming, 35 min stationary bike
Thursday:45 min stationary bike
Friday:35 min stationary bike, does cleaning the kitchen count? 45 min:D

Sunday:3 miles of walking at Universals island of adventure.

im aiming low this week .. 150... since my wittle girl...... who turned 5 yesterday has pnuemonia ...

M 0 no exercise except the eating and preparing party food muscles... ... baby girls birthday ... OMG shes 5

T 180 MINUTES =120 minutes walking.. 60 minutes swimming .. ok i shoulda set the goal higher.. lmao.. but hey..

W 180 minutes =60 minutes walking ..30 minutes aerobics 90 minute walk

T 140 minutes=50 minutes aquaerobics 90 minutes swimming

F 110 minutes= 50 minutes body jam 60 minutes walking

S 120 minutes= 120 minutes walking

S 170 minutes = 170 minutes walking

RUNNING TOTAL:900 MINUTES

Goal: Was going to be 250, but lets up that to 280 for and extra push

Mon: 30 min c25k, 20 min stair climber
Tues: 50 min elliptical, 20 min stair climber
Wed: 60 min physical assessment (made me max out my differnt muscle groups)

What a crappy week...I've achieved nothing and felt down...not a reason I know, but I still have today and tomorrow, although it's not what I wanted. ::sigh:: IDK what's wrong...some stress at work and home, and I've just felt so blaaaaaaaah....I'm very disappointed in myself though for letting it affect me with something I want so bad. :(

Thursday: 120 Treadmill (Some run some incline)
Friday: 50 easy recovery walk
Saturday: 120 Treadmill (60 run 60 walk)
Sunday: 40 stepping

Total: 650 - Goal met!
