Keep in mind the following reccomendation if you are just starting an exercise plan:
The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends that all healthy adults ages 18-65 should perform at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise 5 days a week. (150 minutes)

exercise once I get into it. So, I am going to workout 630 minutes this week. That's about an hour and a half a day.
