Total Min. Planned For Week: 150 minutes
Sun- 0 minutes Mon- Tues- Wed- Thurs- Fri- Sat- |
I love this challenge since I HATE to exercise this will help motivate me.
Total for the week - 300 Sun - ZERO - out of town Mon - 31 minutes - rode bike Tues- 30 minutes - walked the dog Weds - 35 minutes - walked the dog Thurs - 30 minutes - walked the dog Fri - 30 minutes - walked the dog Sat - 30 minutes walked the dog I will say that 300 minutes is a real stretch for me but since this is a "challenge" I really need to challenge myself. DID NOT MEET THE CHALLENGE. SORRY. |
Good plan!
Here's my goal: Total of 120 workout minutes Monday - 40 minutes running despite my running buddy being out of town! Wednesday: Friday: And Sunday is my FIRST EVER 5K!!!! What a great week for an extra challenge to keep me on track before the big day! |
Total Minutes for the week: 550
Sun -- 0 Mon -- 120 minutes (including C25K W1D1) Tue -- 60 minutes Wed -- 60 minutes (C25K W1D2) Thurs -- 90 minutes Fri -- 120 minutes (completed week 1 C25K) Sat -- 60 minutes 510/550 I admit defeat. I knew 550 would be a real stretch for me, but really thought I could do it. However, DD kept fussing while I was at the gym so childwatch would come and get me before I could finish. I tried to make up at home, but lets just say life got the best of me. I still got over 500 though which is more than usual for me! |
When it comes to exercise I just stick on my trusty pedometre and get moving, one of my favourite ways to burn up calories is to wear my ipod and dance away in the comfort of my living room. It's surprising how you can get a sweat going just doing that. Then again it may depend on the type of music you like. So my exercise plan is going to be 1 hour dancing each day. Walk into town and back each day (around 3 miles). and if I can get a look in a go on the Wii fit. I think that comes to around 3 to 4 hours a day if I do it all. Reality says that I'll do at least one and hopefully 2 each day.
Sunday 30 minutes on Wii sports tennis and boxing. Monday 2 hours (walked into town walked around town then walked back) Tuesday 1 hour dancing in front room Wednesday Walked into town and back 1 and a half hours. Thursday Friday Saturday Nicki |
