Since getting back on Monday night from my trip, I've been exhausted. I didn't have to work on Tuesday, but haven't worked out since Monday's workout up in New York at my Aunt's house. Heading out in a few for a walk. I'm sure my sagging energy levels aren't aided by my TOM which showed up yesterday. I actually jumped on the scale Tuesday morning and it read 131.6, so I hope that I'm back to 130lbs by the weekend. My fingers are crossed that it's all excess water weight. Yes, I ate more in NY, but the most on the 2-3 days I went over was 1800-2000 cal. According to my BMR and all that, I should be okay eating up in that range to maintain. I'm back to my zig zagging calories, so looking forward to seeing a lower number on the scale soon.
