hey bluesers,
i'm starting an i dare you thread. basically the first person (that would be me) dares anyone on the blue team to do something (say 10 push-ups) whoever does it first reports that they did it and puts down another dare (say running in place 5 minutes). the idea here is little things do add up, so get creative with your dares and keep them on a smaller scale so everyone can play. (means don't dare them to go to a zumba class when not everyone has access to something like that...ok that would be me to)

i'll start....i dare you to do 10 push-ups and 10 crunches
For this dare will need a 3lb weight or heavy book.
Stand with feet hip width apart, holding a 3lb weight or the final Harry Potter Book would double for that, hold weight/book with both hands and squat down, set book down and stand up. Squat and pick up book. Repeat, 20times.
I dare a blue team member to park in the furthest parking space from the grocery store (it's always empty) buy at least 2 full bags of groceries (preferably not marshmellows) and hand carry them back to the car.
That challenge sounds like fun but I don't have a little kid handy, so I put the entire collected works of Tolstoy, Dostoevsky and Shakespeare in a backpack and squatted that, then added in 20 lunges and 5 pushups. They're kind of like my babies. Hope that counts!
I challenge the next person to attempt to do one headstand OR 3 cartwheels. Almost is ok, against the wall is ok. Just try your best.
Done. The next time you're in Walmart or similar place, put 100 lbs of dog food in a cart and do 2 laps around the store, then put the dog food back. Unless of course you have a dog. LOL.
Or at home. 2 gallon jugs, full, one for each hand. 20 bicep curls.
