Congrats to the big losers!

I totally stalled last week despite staying on plan. The good news is that I seem to have fallen into a pattern of slow week, good week, slow week, etc. So far the scale is looking good this week!
QOTD: Currently my profile shows my goal weight as 199 because when I started 6 months ago at 340 pounds I could not fathom a smaller number in my head. Now in my head my goal weight is 175 and my personal trainer thinks 168 would be perfect for my height and build. So, on paper it's still 199 because that seems totally manageable, but in my head but I WILL be 168 one day! As for timing....Oy...I can't begin to guess. I'd love to see 199 by my 39th Bday on June 10th and I'd love to see 168 by my 40th. Ultimately my 40th Bday is my goal I guess. I have no idea what size I'll be. I have not been under 200 pounds since high school...this is all crazy and new to me. What an adventure!!
