Default Red Team Weekly Allowance Thread #4

Lets get moving Red Team...list your chores and earn your allowance!

New this week? Well here is how you do it!

1. Make a list of "chores" one "chore" for each day of the week, starting on Monday (11/10 - 11/16)

Here is an example of your chore list-
Monday - 30 minute walk
Tuesday - Last chance workout during TBL commercials
Wednesday - 45 minutes yoga
Thursday - 15 minutes on the elliptical
Friday - walk somewhere instead of driving
Saturday - weights
Sunday - Workout DVD

2. At the end of the week, when you've completed all your "chores" you will have earned your allowance. If you can make it through the week, you need to take go buy yourself something, doesn't have to be anything major just SOMETHING! A new book, a starbucks coffee, a new toe nail polish, a nice candle, a flower...you get the idea.

Can you make a list and stick to it for 7 days?

Post up your lists! Check those chores off as they are done! Then we want to know what you bought for yourself!

Monday - 90 mins walking, 25 pushups, 50 situps **Done**
Tuesday - 60 mins walking, 25 pushups, 50 situps **Done**
Wednesday - 60 mins walking, 25 pushups, 50 situps **Done**
Thursday - 60 mins walking, 25 pushups, 50 situps **Done**
Friday - 60 mins walking, 25 pushups, 50 situps Not Done
Saturday - 40 mins walking, 50 pushups, 40 situps **Done**
Sunday - 120 mins walking, 30 pushups, 120 situps **Done**

Allowance - TBA

Wednesday:45 minute circuit workout
Thursday: 5k walk/jog, 5k exercise bike, 45 counter push-ups, 5 real push-ups
X Friday: 45 minute circuit workout
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday:5k walk/jog, 5k exercise bike, 45 counter push-ups, 5 real push-ups

Allowance Reward: 5 pound dumb bells

Monday: 60 min walk/ strength train 1/2 done only 30 min walk + ST- 2 miles
Tuesday:60 min walk done- 8.21 miles today
Wednesday:60 min walk/ strength train
Thursday:60 min walk
Friday:60 min walk/ strength train
Saturday:60 min walk
Sunday:60 min walk

Wow!! Only 4 people signed up for this exersice challenge. I am late due to my internet problems, but I am still on board.


Monday- WATP 20 min. Done
Tuesday- Shred level 1 and 10 min. jog Done
Wed.-- WATP 45 min. Did It!!
Thursday- BL Cardio It is our last chance workout Jogged 1 mile Shred level 2
Friday- Maybe kickboxing Shred level 2 and jogged 1 mile
Sat.- Walking/jogging Shred Level 2 and WATP 15 min.
Sunday- Take a break??

I'm not very good with the allowances. Maybe just a few hours of me time.

Wednesday ~ 2 hours dancing at the NKOTB concert ~ Done
Thursday ~ 60 minutes Gym or Boot Camp ~ Done ~ Boot Camp
Friday ~ 30 minutes Gym ~ Done
Saturday ~ 60 minutes Gym ~ Not done Had the car into the shop
Sunday ~ 60 minutes Gym ~ Done
