I've already setup the weigh in thread for the team so you all can get started posting those while I'm asleep. Please take the time to read the first post in the thread. It outlines my philosophy on the way I run the team, and what I expect from you as far as weigh ins.
As far as chat rules, the only things I ask are that you respect your other team mates and follow forum rules. The big thing to not discuss right now is politics, so please refrain from that topic all together.
Other than that just have fun! We need to work together in order to accomplish our weight loss goals for the team (and give the Red Team a run for their money! )

Little introduction about me: My name is Jen and this is my second BL challenge with the Blue Team. I'm determined to try to follow in Josephine's amazing footsteps and try for the Biggest Loser this time around. I follow WW and C25K for exercise. (even though I kind of fell off the wagon in between challenges with the exercise thing).

I'm Jaime, this is also my 2nd time around with the Blue team. Lost 10 pounds or so last time, I am hoping to replicate that success this time. I am not a fast loser but I am perfectly content with progress at any speed. I am a WWer and need to get back into my running, it really helped the WL but I have been slacking with it lately.
That's it for now, I need to make some serious progress on knitting the (blue!) baby blanket for my sister, she is due Thursday and I am exactly 3/5ths of the way done - eek! Off to do that and have some coffee

I am MJ and this is my 2nd challange and 2nd time w/ the Blue Team. During the 1st challange I 'found my groove' again and have been consistently loosing approx 1-2lbs a week. It feels GREAT! BUT, this is also my 'danger zone'....I tend to do great, then get over-confident. SO glad the challange has started to keep me focused.
I have a 'reward' system set up form myself. If I make healthy food choices, exercise (except for Sunday--that's a 'free day', of course I can choose to exercise anyway), meet my water goal, and eat breakfast--I get a sticker. Once I accumulate 14 stickers, I get a 'reward'. I have found that it helps me to have the reward in advance so I can see it, but not use it. It doesn't have to be anything big....a new eyeshadow, a new shirt, spending extra time reading, whatever--but it helps me focus sometimes when I need it! **It's NEVER a food reward, though! Right now I am two stickers away from a new purse that I found on clearance for $5....I can't wait to use it!!!!
As far as exercise, I like to mix it up--I go to the gym for some cardio and to lift weights, but I also take our dogs for a walk, do some WATP dvd's, and check out the On Demand workouts on tv. I have a bad knee, so sometimes I have to be careful, but I try not to use that as an excuse not to exercise....I 'hid' behind my bad knee for many, many years.....
Lately, I have been able to buy smaller clothes (yippee!)--I LOVE to bargain shop and have started paying more attention to doing my hair and makeup for work. Everyone has noticed the difference, especially my dh who LOVES the new and improved me.
Phew...so much for a short intro!!!

This is my first challenge and I want to be a huge (but tiny) contributer to this team! I may do a lot of Rah Rah and color waving. I find the deeper I get into it the harder I work. I am excited to get started and have already been working hard for that first weeks loss!

Well, , I have difficulty in losing pounds so this is going to be a real challenge for me. I eat balanced small meals but can't seem to lose pounds - I did lose 2 inches the last challenge.
I also mix up exercise in that I walk trails daily, lap swim 3 -4 times a week and do water aerobics 2 times a week. I have the power 90X dvds and will add those once the weather changes for the daily walks.
I will do my best to be a positive force and contributor to the blue team blue team rocks

I am so excited to be involved in this challenge
To fill you all in on a little about me: I am 34, married and live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. I have been on my WL journey for 3 years now. Recently, circumstances changed and I took a WL "break". We all know how well that can work and put back on about 40-45lbs. I have a bit of that off again (its not nearly as much fun taking it off as it was putting back on!) and look forward to being inspired by my fellow team mates!! I will do my very best to help our team win!!!!!
This is my first time with BL . I have joined a hometown BL were I have been successful so far. I have lost 34lbs in 8 weeks so I am ready to continue with some more LOSING!!! I count calories , drink lots of water and go to the YMCA ever chance I get. I have changed my life completely since I started eating healthy and exercising. I don't feel good when I don't exercise and eat healthy .It makes me feel much better to be in control. I know this will help each and ever one of us that are mind set on doing this. Hey Blusers!! I'm so very happy the challenge is up and running again!
Short intro - I'm Heather and this is my second challenge. I was on the Red Team last time and now get to rock it with you guys. I'm a vegan calorie counter and eat mostly whole foods. I'm attempting to become a runner - my body just isn't going as fast as I'd like with that . I mix it up with yoga and the occasional swim.
I hope everyone has a fabulous day today and gets a little workout time in.
I'm 27. This is my first TBL challenge to participate in hopefully of many. I'm from small town Tennessee. I'm a Junior in college and my major is Secondary Education focusing in Biology! I'm a full time mommy, wife, and student. I'm loving life right now...mainly because I don't have to do all the above mentioned and work!!! LOL! I've lost 25 pounds so far on my weight loss journey, but I have much more to lose. That is why I'm here. I've made many new friends and gotten lots of support here at 3FC, and I expect that this challenge will only create even more friends and more support! I'm very excited, and I look forward to getting closer to everyone in the next 13 weeks as well as getting skinnier with you !!!!
