well i'm back to working out. sure hope i can find 312 miles for this ticket...looks nice!!!

5/18 - sightseeing; 60 minutes (it was a lot longer but since it's strolling this is all I'll count)
5/19 - travel day/no workout
5/20 - Cardio Coach 3 CD on elliptical - 40 minutes
5/21 - Power Yoga for Happiness DVD - 90 minutes
5/22 - elliptical 36 minutes + treadmill 26 minutes = 62minutes
