I ditto Chellez. I would love to work through the book. That means I really need to finish my IE book by Earth Day. I had been planning to order myself some skin care products for my reward of being binge free for 20 days but I am having a hard time settling in on which ones so I will buy Bob's book instead.

Vanetta - LOL about the 6000 calories in one night! You're a wild one!! I'll have to see what my HRM does if I leave it on, but I'm almost 100% certain that if it's not picking up my HR from the chest band, it stops. BTW - I think most of the trainers at Kent location are GREAT. I use Josh, but I know Angie, Chris, and another gal (with long dark brown hair always in a ponytail- who I cannot remember her name right now) are very popular and knowledgeable. The manager Dustin is wonderful as well.

Sad that it's 4:50 and I don't have definite plans for dinner. It will include chicken breasts and broccoli.

I will go looking for the book on Sunday and try and get it read to see, but it sounds good SO count me in!

Hey girls!! Wow I have missed a lot. I'm sorry I have been gone for about a week. It got crazy with Tax day coming and going. I am soooo glad that tax season is over! I've actually been absent for the last few days because I started to get sick again. Yes again, this makes 4 times in 7 months. I'm getting quite tired of it and it seems to be every single time that TOM comes around. (It's sad that I know when I am sick because of TOM...and yes, TOM=4 times in 7 months...I have an effed up cycle) Not only that, but I was also getting ready for an interview for a different position within the company I work for. Please cross your fingers that I get this position. The drive would cut 15 minutes off my drive each way, plus I could make up my own hours, work from home if/when I need to, and is a pay increase! I think this job is going to come down to me and one of my co-workers that I have worked closely with since I started at the company almost 2 years ago, there were 18 people that were interviewed but I seriously think it will come down to him and I. I will know next Wednesday.

So anyway, I am back and plan on being more active in here again! Don't know if I'll be able to read through the last 20 pages though!

Oh, and I do have Bob's new book. Loving it so far but have only gotten about 1/3rd of the way through it. I'm up for talking about it whenever a thread get started on it.

hello! I must admit, I'm a TBL dropout

I've joined twice and both times failed to follow through. But like they always say, it's not whether you get knocked down, its whether or not you get back up.

I'm going to do it this time!!!

Rhonda & Nori--Thanks I think my job is cool too! That's why I am currently suffering through a Master's program so I can teach as an adjunt instructor maybe one day. I don't think I could tolerate getting my Phd.

Chellez & Melissa--I'm ordering mine through Amazon so I know it will be here on time. I love them!

Okay I am starting to feel the hurt form doing Jillian's Cardio Kickboxing today. I knew it was coming.

Hi everyone! Newbie here!

I have to admit that I've never watched the biggest loser on tv, so I don't have a clue how all this works.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention to all you Bob lovers, me included of course, when I searched Bob Harper on Amazon there was an "I heart Bob Harper" t-shirt you can buy.

Hi All,
I'm getting to post 2 days in a row!! I can't believe it, and I actually got to read the posts between yesterday and today so I'm even getting caught up again. The drs visit went well, but I go back next tuesday for an ultrsound because of a lump ( I don't think it will let me say where, but you get the idea) The dr thinks it's nothing, but I'm not sure.

Keillynsmom: I would be interested in something like that, I love to read and it will help motivate me, I really need that.

Caitbeans: Happy Birthday Wishing you lots of calorie free cake

Halichick: I'm not an expert, but you have some accountablilty by posting your weight weekly, and lots of support from others on your team. It's a way to make friends and get support.

Bye everyone, I have a workshop all day tomorrow, then the weekend.
