Thanks for all the support. It feels good to be getting compliments on my weight loss and wearing small clothes. I can't wait for the next competition to start so I can achieve some more goals. I'm fired up, can't you tell! :-) Diva: Impressive workout despite the hip pain! Muse: WOW, 333days OP....I want to be like you when I grow up! I am giving myself a 365 OP days goal. With drive like that, i'm bound to reach my goal within those 365 days....only 265 more to go! Good luck training for your triatholon. I'm sooo impressed. Skinnyvibes: I hope the minivan helps you to be able to get those workouts in. Hey, whatever works! I can't wait for the next challenge either! Onederland, here I come! Karen: Wooohoo for the 160's. I can't wait to see your before and after pictures. YOu sure have reached some great milestones during this challenge. I am only about 8lbs away from being Overweight....like you said, not sure how accurate that is, when I look at myself I can't believe i'm considered OBESE, but anyway, I can't wait to be overweight! Congratulations to you! Counting: Great job maintaining while on vacation. I say, no gain is an accomplishment when you are away from your regular routine! WOOHOO, 16lbs lost during this challenge is FANTASTIC!!! Cathy: Hi, hope you enjoyed your weekend. Just wanted to thank you for your kind words in your PM to me. :-) It hasn't been easy to lose consistently, but I've worked hard and i'm proud of my efforts and achievements. Soulbliss: Thanks for sharing the information on mindfulness. It is soooo true and I, for one, am going to live my life more mindful. Great reminder! Well that's all I have time for. My students will be back from lunch in ten minutes. I am probably going to take them outside today, it's a beautiful day out....FINALLY!!! It was sooooo cold during DS's soccer game yesterday, we were all wearing winter coats, hats and gloves. Brrrr! I just want it to be Spring so I can wear my capri's and flip flops! LOL Tonight I have cardio kickboxing planned for my exercise. I"m looking forward to it. Ds has soccer from 5:30 - 7pm, a friend of mine (one of the soccer mom's) will take him home with her and I'll pick him up AFTER kickboxing. I havne't been able to do it the past 2 mondays because of soccer games. I'll be so happy to get it in 3 times this week! Have a great day ladies! |
Oh! I forgot to mention, that FINE a$$ muscle dude was there today! I swear, this man totally distracts me. I told him he has pretty muscles today. Lordy, I need a :smoking: just thinking about him...:drool:

Just popping in to say hello really quick...I'll be back later to catch up! I didn't loose anything more from my last weigh-in, but I had gained and used a freebie, so I did loose my gain and put me back at 141...so for the challenge I lost 11lbs..not too bad! I look forward to finishing up next time around:)

Okay, so here's my measurements and progress pictures. Wow - why am I so nervous about this? ;) My measurements and pictures were taken on Jan 1st. I lost 3 pounds before my challenge beginning weight, but they are very close.

ok ladies-
So I had a perfect OP day today- call it day 1. I'm so impressed with all of you who had real results this challenge. I've only had one good challenge (the first, I think) where I lost 25 lbs or so. (only to gain it back...) I'm trying to figure out what my hang-ups are, if any. Maybe I just like food?? Anyway- I'm here and recommitted. Are we still going to chat until the next challenge starts up?? |

YOu can REALLY see a difference in your waist! Woohoo! YOU GO GIRL! Emily: don't be too discouraged. Keep on Keeping on and you'll do better the next challenge. (((hugs))) Diva: YOu crack me up. Looks like you're going to have to wear a bib to the gym. LMAO! Tina: At least you lost what you gained. That's great! 11lbs is great, that a little less than a lb a week. Emily and Melissa - I say YES! to the "Are we still going to chat until the next challenge?" I don't know if we'll get to keep our red team thread or if they will combine them into one thread. Last time they combined them but there was more than 2 weeks in between challenges.

In my case I need to stop the emotional stress eating and get back on track making good choices again!! Not gonna do my dh any good if I'm laying right there next to him huh? Good grief! I'm so incredibly impressed and inspired by the numbers I saw this morning doing results. Red team is AMAZING!!! Way to go over the past 12 weeks everyone!! |
Hey guys! Just stopping by to check in. Congrats on everyone's losses! It was kind of neat seeing my name in the thread. It's weird, because compared to other people at my center - I'm a little behind schedule. Sometimes I get discouraged. But then, I remember that in the real world, 45 lbs in a little over 3 months is great! :)
