We did GREAT this week, Black Team!!! SO CLOSE to finishing first this past week (though our Biggest Loser for the week finished first amongst the teams!).... let's go for it this week!!!

Well we got rid of some dead weight this week that was holding us back and really the QOTD I posted got us motivated (even if it got some of us upset) This was another week where the Biggest Loser had to be given to the second Biggest Loser because someone didn't want to chat with us! Communication is key and we are proving that this week!
We shucked off a couple more that were holding us back! I'm a little concerned with non posters weighing in with big gains for our team. I do hope they realize its not the gain that is unfair, but the fact that they arent supporting their team AND posting a gain. Hopefully next week that will turn around. All in all I think the Red team did a fantastic job! Those of us on the REAL Red team (thats what I'm calling those of us who use this challenge as its supposed to be used for support and not a weigh in post) are doing FANTASTIC!!! I'm so proud of our real team! So here are the results:

Week Five Red Team Biggest Loser: Cecil -3.4 lbs -1.86%, Way to go!! I hope we see you on the board alot more often!!
Week Five Black Team Biggest Loser: Amy0505 - 6lb loss! - 2.23%
The Black Team rocked it this week!!! We overcame some drama, got back in the game full swing, and have built a stronger team because of it! I'm so proud of all of you ladies!!! We only lost 1 lady this week. That's pretty good considering that the past couple of weeks we lost handfuls at a time.
I just have to second what Hun.e.B said about the non-posters posting gains on the weigh-in thread.
Okay team, we unloaded 3 more this week. More importantly we had alot of gains this week, 8 to be exact. Now, I'll be the first to tell everyone that its nothing but a number on the scale, because thats the truth...scales are for fish! But, in this challenge gains are usually indicative of struggling. When struggling is going on, its my opinion that the best thing you can do is reconnect with your support system. Since its right at the halfway point, perhaps we all need to get acquainted with our team again so we remember what this fight is for! Time to renew those goals and your commitment! Okay, so here are the results!

Despite our gains we still had some pretty fantastic losses!! Keep up the great work team!

We lost 2 people this week. I wholeheartedly second what Melissa said in her post above this one. I do know that a lot of you have spoken about your struggles (be it TOM or cravings or personal hardships) in the thread. Keep chugging along ladies and remember that your team is just that.... YOUR team.
