TBL "WMB" - Exercise Challenge
 
Ok so we have a new exercise challenge that we are going to get done before the end of this challenge! (Notice I didn't say try cause I know we can do it!)

From the Earth to the Moon is 250,000 miles.... and we are going!

Post your miles in this thread....this is for all three teams because we want to work at this goal together!

1 minute of exercise = 1 mile to the moon

Completed 90 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds. I kinda cheated with the WATP...I did the first 10 minutes twice, with a minute or two break in-between, to catch my breath. Standing/Walking for 15+ minutes is kinda tough for me :(
