:dancer:WTG US!!! :D Red team ROCKS!! Wow I have to say some of you ladies had some fantastic losses!! And I also want to say, that we have our good weeks and our not so good weeks and there's no reason to apologize for having a not so good week. We're doing our best and that's all we can ask of ourselves. :grouphug: I got in my WATP 4 really big miles, it's my newest workout, this morning and tonight I plan on doing TBL power sculpt :lifter: and then :ebike: for 30 min while watching TBL. Gotta go get a shower and run some errands. Have a fantabulous day and I"ll check in later. |

Well I don't know *how*, but this morning the scale says 199. God must have a sense of humor :) Going to try super hard this week to keep that number at 199 or less!!!

After about 20 years of this early menopause stuff, it is starting to get to me lol. cakses You take it any way you can get it lol. Cats I got the Walk slim system this morning. Can't wait to try it. Another one to add to my Leslie collection. Have to say I love her chatty attitude and like the workouts best that have people in them with her. ksk The weight will come back off don't you worry. Just stick to the journey. I would hate having to weigh early. Weigh fluctuates so much you never know if it is a true weight or just the fluctuation going on. You do a weigh in today, bet you see that weight is gone. Tamicka Nice going on the weight loss. Dk And Mom WAY TO GO bet you feel so proud of yourself. Spider It is rough and I do sympathize with you. Walk around the house, keeps the body going and does give you a bit of exercise. Walk up and down the stairs. I am sure you don't feel like doing much, I sure don't when I don't feel good but just moving is better than not moving at all. |

Just have to jump in here. Wow, red team has been really chatty. There is no possible way I can go back and ready everything. NO time! I actually got on at school today, which was a shocker. Just wanted to post that I'm doing GREAT on WW. I started week four and it just gets easier. I plan all my dinners for the week and go grocery shopping on Sundays. I keep similar breakfast and lunch points every day just switch it up a little bit. I got into a groove of a regular workout routine at the gym. My jeans are a bit loser so I can't wait to check my measurements after 1month....to see how many inches I lost. I'll be hitting the gym to do my HUGE amount of cardio while watching Biggest Loser! It's very motivating to me....I do some of my weights during the commercials and get about 90 minutes of cardio in. Woohoo!!

Good morning ladies! WAY TO GO RED TEAM!!! that is so awesome! We are all losers!! (never thought that would be a good thing..lol) Busy day here, kids are going to drive me nuts today. :)
Question of the day: When I lived in Anchorage, the radio station there did a contest and whoever won, got a 6' sub delivered to their work for lunch for them and the employees. I won that once. And I also won $100 from the radio station, on my birthday even. :) My ex-husband and I had also won the Poker Run one year and we won 2 round trip tickets to Hawaii, we didn't go, ended up selling the tickets because we couldn't afford it. But I did win them. :) |
Ambie- There is a measurment/photo thread that you could post in. A lot of people are taking their pics now and then at the end of the challenge, same with measurements. This is not required though, the only thing you need to track is your weight. As far as helping the team out though we love support so as often as you can come and chat with us would be great. We love hearing from everyone. Hope that helped:)

So I just wanted to say hi to all of my red teamies.....and sorry that I never post :( I love coming here and reading what everyone says but I just dont post....i dont know why either.....i am going to try to get better and post more often.....even if it is to say hi........and :hug: from you all! Cathy...very well said, noone needs to be apologizing around here. This all just goes to show how important it is for us to be a TEAM. when one member has a bad week, another member is having a good one! So when the going gets rough remember your team! shy Moment...:wave: LadyZ...I hope you have a great week too...almost to goal!! You can do it!! Melissa73...I just love your energy! I'm really liking WW too. I love the idea of the limits, its just really working for me! Enjoy that cardio! I'll be joining you tonight!! But you can partake in the exercise challenge, there is another thread for that or you can post up measurements/pictures, thats optional. Other than that keep checking in with your team because we want to hear how you are doing! Kari...wow you are quite the radio winner arent you! I hope the kids arent too rough on you! Barbara...even if all you've got time for is a hi we want to hear it!! Just to know our Red Teammates are out there and doing well! jmoon....its hard to stay motivated to keep reaching for those goals, thats why its so important to revisit them all the time. Tinkerbelle...you just post up whatever your weight is for the week. Its all on a spreadsheet it'll figure it out all we need is the weight! This week is going to be much better for you!! You can do this!!

So, first day of classes not too shabby, got out early so I had time to come get a good meal before my meeting (I had lastnights leftovers...love that stuff!) I was half tempted to go do the c25k again today...how sick is that! LOL...but I'm not gonna because I'm a little bit stiff, dont want to push it with the running. And my plan is tonight to be on the elliptical for at least part of the show.
