Boy, I feel behind on the thread! I stopped in to see what was going on with the team (sorry some ladies are dealing with some personal chaos

) I'm sure things will get better. Stay positive! I know you can do it!
I put in my weight for this week. I lost weight!

I'm so happy, because I really pushed myself. I pulled a muscle in my chest earlier this week. It is especially painful when I inhale (ha ha, can't stop doing
that! I kind of need to inhale!) or when I lean forward or backward. Anyway, I still went to every workout, but did "legs only" in the pool. It was darn painful, even two diff't prescription painkillers & some xtra strength tylenol later, but by golly, I really need to lose weight right now. I'm really proud about my week.

And the muscle feels SO much better already. I'll be good to go next week, I'm sure.
As for my comfort food, Dark chocolate comes in #1. No idea how to make that better, other than avoiding it altogether! lol!
