Arrow Week 8 - Blue & Red Team Results!!!
Morning Everyone!

Well we are officially 17 days from Thanksgiving! If you've been using those freebie weeks and you are all out, please know that even though its a holiday I still have to follow the rules for everyone. Just make sure you are weighing in in the next few weeks.... yes... even if its a gain!

Blue Team Results

We only lost one person this week and we are down to 18 people. Let's stick to it through Thanksgiving and get our workout on!

Week 7 Weight: 3576.4 lbs

Week 8 Weigh In: 3559.3 lbs

Week 8 Weight Loss: 17.1 lbs

Week 8 Weight Loss Percentage: 0.48 %

Week 8 BT Biggest Loser: lots2go - 5 lb loss - 2.76%

Way to go ladies!

Okay Red team, we lost 2 members and have 6 members in jeapardy. Here are the results:

Week 7 Weight: 3177.4 lbs

Week 8 Weigh In: 3167.8lbs

Week 8 Weight Loss: 9.6 lbs

Week 8 Weight Loss Percentage: 0.30 %

Week 8 Red Team Biggest Loser: Idealmuse - 5 lb loss - 2.07%

After the 8 week mark I think its important to recognize our standout losers!

Idealmuse -27 lbs -10.27%!!!! Way to go Muse!!! Way to show us how its done!
Dream71 - 14lbs - 7.07% You are amazing!!
hun.e.b -19.6lbs -7.64% gosh I can smell 20 lbs!
likenoother -17lbs -7.14% WOW!! Look at those numbers!

Mercee and Mikelli are so close to double digits!! Can this week be the week to throw them into the club?!! I think so!! You can do it girls!

Yes Yes! I agree its time for a preview of our Biggest Blue Team Losers!

BTW: I would have normally posted a chart for both the Red and Blue Teams but I have run out of email accounts to register for free PDF conversions. However, I'm devising a plan so I can get at least the final charts up for the finale week!

Working Towards 30 lbs Lost:
SoulBliss - 23 lbs lost - 7.52 % of her body weight GONE!
Soon2BFitChick - 20.5 lbs lost - 8.72 % of her body weight GONE!

Working Towards 20 lbs Lost:
Fitin2008 - 19.6 lbs lost - 7.67 % of her body weight GONE!
lots2go - 16.5 lbs lost - 8.57 % of her body weight GONE!

Working Towards 10 lbs Lost:
aud - 10 lbs lost - 4.50 % of her body weight GONE!
GirlyGirlSebas - 9 lbs lost - 3.80 % of her body weight GONE%

There are so many other Bluesterz that have lost weight and need to be recognized but I just don't have the space!

Keep up the job and work towards those great goals!

WOW I am so impressed with both teams!! Congrats to all.

And chellez, on my PC at work I use a convert-to-PDF program that is called CutePDF, I think. It's a free download.
