At least it's something! LOL. Sunday's are my laziest days since my DH is home all day. Shopped early and have lots of steps tho. Just can't count it really bc I don't know the minutes. :(

Whew! Working out was extra tough today. My body said "NO," but my brain said "You have to!" Thankfully, my brain won....I was able to finish a 60 minute power walk on the treadmill.

Only a short session today...not NEARLY as long as it should have been. It's rainy out and the gym's closed for the holiday. I did a few things in my apartment. Only 20 minutes, but 20's better than 0, right?
