This is the first time I've been able to post on this thread. It started while I was on a business trip 2 weeks ago, and I haven't exercised since (bad bad me!!) but I finally got off my but tonight and got in 30 minutes. Not much but a start. |

Wooo! Just got back from Cardio Kickboxing class! That means another 60 minutes today (for a total of 2 hours today for me!). If I was allowed to do more than 2 hours a day, I would go do a minute of pushups/crunches to make us the winners! But I can't do more than 2 hours, so someone, ladies!! One minute of somethin'!
