Toning, jogging, walking, squats, marching while holding my daughter up on me.. lol, all while watching old 1 and 2 season's episodes of BL. I have my dvr set to record all BL shows that come on and have really enjoyed them. (This amount of time is today and yesterday's times together.)

Whew!...Just finished my 60 minutes on the treadmill. I got this crazy idea to break into a run...twice! It was only for 1 minute each time, but I actually ran.
1820-25=1795 (more last night, will do today's then post again.)
Great Rhonda! Way to go! I love it! I did that too and yesterday I actually ran for 2 mins, 1 min the day b4 while on the tmill. But was so out of breath after 2, I might have to stay at 1.5 for a while. Oh well, at least it's something. But I've also recently raised my incline and gone faster walking so surely at some point I can build some endurance!

Tmill this am. Ran for 1.5 mins in the middle of it. Sad, but at least I'm running some! Worked up to higher speed then slowly back down. Feel good today.

Just finished my 60 minutes on the treadmill (did a tad of running myself! But, mine was for a minute at a time at three different times. Selina, we'll be running for a full hour soon!)
