A yes...that evil monster the scale. Okay so I'll let you in on a secret...SCALES ARE FOR FISH!!! So dont let that hunk of parts get to you! Our bodies fluctuate so much hour to hour, day to day. Once a week at the most is all you need! I saw a tip somewhere that you should put a sign on the scale that says "is today (insert weigh in day here)? If not...STAY OFF!!!

I exercised today!! I did the basic plus workout of t-tapp and then 20 minutes on the treadmill run/walking 2 minute intervals. I'm pretty proud of myself because for some reason I've been resistant, lol.
Eating is good so far today too! Gearing up for a great week!! |

Raven--I like her as an individual. She's not in the tabloids like the rest. Hannah Montana..not so much. With these stars today it has to be hard. My friend at work says its hard to explain to her daughter why Lindsay Lohan looks like she does in some of these pictures they show. I really think it is going to be a great week! |
I had a gain this week! I don't know what is up, on Friday the scale said 255, then on all weekend and on Monday it was 259!! What is up?! I was on program all week and exercised 6 days out of 7. Can't wait for my Jillian DVDs to get here for some good a$$ kicking!

Eh, it happens... Is 6 out of 7 unusual for you? Did you do workouts that cause delayed onset muscle soreness? If so you're probably retaining some water for repair especially if you've just amped up the frequency/intensity. It's days like this its sometimes good to look at measurements instead of pounds. :) |
Anybody watching Dancing With The Stars (DWTS)? I did the work out today in honor of it and I am SOOOO not graceful. So My dude and I just did a lil something something acros the living room floor and we suck! LOL! Got the dog all wound up! :D

Weighed in this morning and I'm down 2lbs, thats better than I thought I was gonna do. This is also measurement week for me so I'm hoping for big results! I ate clean today, drank my water and then some, and got in a couple good workouts. I even did the dishes, dusted, and did some laundry :carrot:.

Alright you guys are just amazing with your support today!! I'm too exhausted and have spent entirely too much time on the computer doing homework today so I hope you'll all excuse my not doing personals. Oh except WAY TO GO Bridgette!!!! Excellent loss for the week!
I exercised today!! Tried to talk myself out of riding my bike to campus because it was ominous looking of rain, but i decided to just suck it up and do it anyway. And it didnt rain! I had the most amazing dinner tonight! Chicken fundido. I've given up making new menus for the family so I try out a mini version just for myself first and if they like it then I'll make it another time for everyone. Well tonights dinner went over so well I had 2 little birds, one on either side of me, begging for more bites! This was a dinner we used to order all the time at our favorite Mexican place in Phx and have missed it terribly since moving here. I think I finally figured out the recipe...or at least something close! And totally on plan for me!! Okay time to go veg out and relax! I'll be on quickly to post results in the morning but then off to classes all day! I'll check on you in the afternoon!! Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone!! |

Well we lost the weigh in by .03% I think it was...so close!!! We had 3 people not weigh in though and that can hurt us so PLEASE! Be sure to get those weights posted by deadline!!!
