I received some helpful advice from Bobbolink
from the last challenge and I thought long and hard about it.
I need some help with this next challenge!
As much as I'd love to stay on the boards and coach everyone to their hearts content, I have to admit it's just too much for little me to handle. So I need to recruit some help! Here's what I'm looking for:
1. One Red Team Leader: I'll be coaching the Blue Team for a 3rd round and I need someone to be responsible in watching over the Red Team and their numbers. The both of us will be in constant contact discussing challenge happenings.
The most important part of this position is being dedicated to this challenge. If you can't dedicate yourself to the full challenge and the running of a team, please do not apply.
2. Four Red & Blue Team "Cheerleaders": I would use the word coaches but I'm thinking that sounds a bit overboard. As a cheerleader you will boost the morale of the challenge and help motivate other team members throughout the challenge. This motivation can come in many forms, just as long as its positive! I need people that are uplifting, supportive and excited about this challenge and want to pass that feeling on to others.
Again, this is hopefully a dedicated position so I hope that people that want to stay throughout the entire 12 weeks apply.
