Sorry I did not post my miles for yesteday. It was a really hectic day. Below are my miles.

Well, I had to skip my planned running routine yesterday....went to get vaccinated for an upcoming trip to India, and the shots made me quite nauseous, so the thought of running or any other exercise was beyond me. At least it also made the thought of dinner unappealing too :p
But I'm back in the saddle today - 5 miles running, plus 30 minutes weight lifting, which is a total of 6 "trip" miles, I believe. |

I think I should get 20 minutes walking credit for going to the bathroom so ofter :) 40 minutes power walk -- 2 miles I'm down 1 lb to 156 but I'm not going to weigh in til the weekend.... GO BLUE!!!!! |

For yesterday, I did drink my water and I did exercise for 20 minutes (weight training). So I am adding 11 miles.

I drank my 16 (8oz) glasses of water already. I'm always thirsty and enjoy cold water. I usually have 16 oz. of hot water with a splash of lemon juice in it early in the morning while the coffee brews. 20 Miles
I carried over 5 minutes exercise from Monday & 10 minutes exercise carried over from Tuesday, added 5 minutes on the Ski Machine for a total of 20 minutes or 1 Mile Total for Wednesday: 21 miles Bobbi |
