I drank my water=10 miles I lost 3.3 pounds=heck, i don't remember right now....LOL. ok, it's 20 miles.....so that's a total of 30 miles for me :) |
13 miles for me today. I did 60 mins of spinning and my water is in :carrot: and I lost a 1lb although I know I can't count it.

After I totalled everything up
Since I've totalled last we've added 157.5 miles ;) That's a total of 599.15 miles so far!!! This puts us right outside of Lincoln, CA which is not far from Sacramento! :D |

40 minutes of exercise and 84.5 oz of water (I drink those 16.9 oz water bottles). So 12 miles for me today.
