I decided to follow the book because, although I have lost weight through calorie counting, I still have unresolved binging and night time eating issues to deal with. I really hope the book can help me think differently about food because I have found myself slipping more lately and craving old unhealthy favorites again. I basically wanted to introduce myself because I will be be posting in this section once I do some reading.I am also wondering what to expect once I start the book. Is there a specific program to follow and how strict is it? Has the book helped others with night time eating and unhealthy feelings toward food in general. Any insight is very appreciated!
