JSk77 and candy, yep I think its water weight, this hot 90 degree weather does it every time! I am happy to report I lost another 5" since my last measurements were taken, so since I've started atkins I've lost a total of 9 1/4"

Looks like a great challenge. My weight has been holding at 160.2 so I started eating an actual lunch and cut out night time snacks, even though they are Atkins friendly. I'm religiously logging my food as well.
Got a jog and some walking in today. Hoping that will help.
Great to keep in touch!
Robin
P. S. How do you edit your profile to add things like pictures to your profile, quotes, etc.? Thanks!

Reason: Asking a question.
Hey robin glad to see you! Sounds like are doing great! Go to user cp at the top and click edit profile you should be able to ad a picture then I think on edit signature you can add other things and over to the right in here see where it says more? That will bring up all the other emojis.
I finally broke the ceiling...made it over the bridge...whatever it may be called.
I've been around 160 for 2 months. I was 160.2 yesterday....and....
159.5 today! YES! Logging food and no night snacks is working! Yay!
Enjoy the day!
Robin
Awesome,
Join our challenge and use format like we all have been doing! It's so much fun and helps me a lot, congrats on breaking out of 160's, I'm hoping to do that soon!
yesterday I was trying to do better to get some weight moving in the right direction, I did lose but, my fitness pal said I didn't eat enough, I felt like I ate plenty I had 30 carbs, but only 672 calories.. I ate breakfast and dinner no lunch just upped my water.. Does it really matter if I get 1200 calories??
Oh and had to add: on everyone's loss of weight and inches!! and welcome to our newbies!!
Birdie-congratulations on making it to the 150s!
Candy-one day under 1200c shouldn't cause any issues. Several days in a row may slow your metabolism as your body perceives it as "starvation mode".
