Made it to 224.0 I think I've probably lost more, but TOM is next weekish so I'm 99.9% sure water retention is here to stay for a bit. It's not nearly as bad as it was prior to low carb though.

Hoping the weather clears up so I can walk/ride by bike this evening.
Awful headache today. I'm sure it's totally due to sinus pressure thanks to stormy weather. Blah.
I spoke too soon on the water retention..... Holy cow I feel like a whale this a.m. Scale is only showing a lb gain, but my stomach is very bloated and my pants are super tight today. I feel like I've lost all progress this morning. I know I haven't but my goodness.
I've lost inches off my back, my bum, my legs..... Everywhere but my belly. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Well, I lost an inch there but it's back with friends today.

Going back to deviled eggs for breakfast. Thought I could do a quick grab and go with the quest bars, but yuckkers.
I think where I have not a whole bunch to lose, I will try upping my carbs to see if that will do it. It was easy the first time around , but not the second, but I will keep plugging away.
