I remember the day when we relied on computers.... Can't tell you now when the last time I used one was, my phone had a defect and I was left with 0 communication to the outside world, had to drive 3 hours to the closest Apple Store for a replacement.... Good to go now!!! Looks like you two have been doing some awesome loosing!!!

when I weighed this morning I weighed, 175.4 then 175.0, then 175.2. I just went with 175.4.. I know what my problem is, I need to go poo.. lol Its been 3 days im really bloated and uncomfortable... what do you all do to get, and keep things moving... I have IBS.. its a terrible thing...

Thanks skelley.. I ate 4 strawberrys , I read fruit would help, nothing, so I went and bought me some exlax.. had a cookout at my sons for Fathers Day.
I know I quit drinking but, I drank 4 beers and stuck to plan with food and took my exlax at bedtime.. Much better this morning.....
