Shan you are doing amazing.... I am stuck in a bad choice spiral I cant seem to get out of.... Maybe new challenge with new numbers is just what I need.... Granted most of it will be water weight, but it may inspire me.

It is so good to be among you wonderful ladies I agree.. being "public" helps you be more accountable. I live alone, so there is no one to "call" me out except myself (which is the important one tho I guess!)

I know its all water weight but I sure am glad to see it go and the numbers head back to where they are suppose to be..
