. I love mixing them in my mini blender for a shot of protein! The grapefruit and kiwi melon are my favorite. I love the Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale for 2 carbs. I downloaded a Atkins buy one and get one free coupon and got the choc covered almonds and choc caramel squares. That sugar free choc though acts like a mild laxative which actually isn't a bad thing (haha TMI!!!).
