  • 182 this morning - doctors still trying to order meds ugh!! It's a diuretic so it really makes a difference and I haven't had any since Saturday....on the road again - glad I enjoyed my weekend in Boston last week but paying for it with gains is a tough lesson to re-learn again!!   • Can't weigh on the road...elliptical yesterday and today already!!! Yeah for me!! Still waiting for doctors to figure meds out!! My hands look swollen but my feet don't so I'm taking that as a good sign!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!
  • 182 today!! Planning elliptical again today!! I went back to my food diaries from March when I was down to 169 and the biggest difference wasn't what I was eating as much as I was still using my elliptical everyday because of the winter. So I am recommitting to the elliptical which I was going to do anyway....and it snowed overnight so road walking will be limited because I won't walk long distances when it is icy!! Really focusing on this plan prior to work training starting on December 9th. I want shape myself up over the next few weeks!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

Made a new calendar like I did two year ago with my goals and a plan for the next month and I know what I am eating for the next 3 days!! Dusting myself off for the millionth time!!   • Yeah!! Yesterday was much better and today will be great and on-plan!! I have planned my meals from now until Wednesday...it is very routine but I really need that right now...bacon and eggs, homemade low carb chicken soup and big salad for dinner as well as cheese for snacks...I need the routine to pull myself out of this free-fall or free-for-all...take your pick of wording...either way I was stumbling!!!   • Day 9 elliptical and starting day 4 on plan with you guessed it bacon and eggs...keeping it simple is making it easy for me!! I love looking at my reports on myfitnesspal that show the bar graphs of how many days in a row I did something like exercise minutes, carbs, etc!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!
