This has almost been comical. Not that I expect a loss every day or even worry all that much about a slight gain, but the exact same weight 4 days in a row is insane

On the road still and can't weigh until tomorrow! Ate on plan but did not exercise!!

Navymom - Unusual for sure to have the same weight for 4 days!! The scale will move!!

Sarah... I understand the temptation of Chocolate Almonds.. I eat those 100 calorie 2 carb packs... and oh they help with the chocolate cravings!

Happy Friday all! Less than 3 weeks to Thanksgiving.. but 3 weeks to "Black" Friday and shopping (YIKES! I won't be getting up early NO WAY!)
Tho a good way to burn calories! LOLOLOLOLOL

Reporting in at 180 today ugh!! Apparently I did a lot more damage last weekend than I want to admit!! Oh well plodding along in the right direction and the scale will follow...slowly....

...and yes scale is still saying 180 again today!! I'm going away to work training for 10 days in December and one of the after hours activities is a 5k. Today I'm going to practice jogging which is really a stretch to me but I know I can walk 3 miles in about an hour so either way I know I can finish a 5k!! I'm modifying my walk today which usually has a major hill so my jogging path will be shorter but I anticipate it will be intense. I'm hoping to jog one way and walk the other!!

Yahoo for you Sarah!! Making great progress!! As for me scale still says 180......I ran out of blood pressure meds so maybe it's extra water... Not sure...

I did it!! I ran about half of what I planned to run yesterday. So I did 1.2 miles in about 17 minutes and then walked the rest and I can totally feel it in my legs!! In Couch to 5k they say to rest on the off days so I'm just taking my regular walk today!!

Good for you, Lulu on the exercise! Challenging our muscles also can add water weight (especially if they're sore) so some might be from that too...

Well I appear to be having the same issue as Navymom....scale is stuck at 180 again today...legs are still very sore and totally unexpected as I walk regularly. Calling back my doc again today to find out what is happening with my blood pressure med...omelette for breakfast, salad and chicken for lunch....probably more of the same for dinner. Feel really good about posting here regularly!! Made a plan to go to my sister in laws for Thanksgiving which I think is good as we won't have so much leftover food as a temptation!!
