Muscadines are a type of wild grape and people do make wine out of them, they are about 1/2 the size of a tangerine or a large radish and sooooo gooood but hard to find and I have been staying at induction foods so the 20 or so I ate threw my body into shock lol, I still have a hard time with moderation.

So, I really wanted something decadent yesterday, but most things I like are really high carb, so I had to invent something from the few ingredients I had. And being lazy it was very easy...I made little cream cheese balls and rolled them in honey roasted peanuts. So delicious! I guess this is what they call a fat bomb. Now I understand the appeal.

Jessie- I have never tried muscadines, although they must be more common than I realize because my auto fill recognizes them.

I have had a hard time logging in lately. My baby really likes the computer mouse and he hides it. We have already replaced once (he hid it in the Cat's water dish). I think we need to have two or get a new table where he can't reach it.

Morning, feeling much better today, thankfully. Off to a swimming gala later so need a bit of energy. I've not seen muscadines before, might have a look at the fruit and veg shop, probably too cold here though.

I'm well impressed with how everyone is doing, someone will win the challenge soon, go go go!! Me, I'll have to stay away from the carbs, been terrible this week
