Default Lose that 2nd Lb!
Once you lost that 1st Lb. enter this thread to work on losing Lb #2. Post until you lose it and help others along too! Then when you have lost that 2nd lb go on over to the Lose that 3rd Lb!

I lost my 1st lb.. now to lose lb #2!

7/15 Start Weight - 218.8
7/16 217.6 (lost the 1st lb .8 more to lose the 2nd!)

Well YIPEEE.. I lost enough to say I have lost my 2lb in this circuit! YEAH Down to next thread - Lose that 3lb!

7/15 Start Weight - 218.8
7/16 217.6 (lost the 1st lb .8 more to lose the 2nd!)
7/17 216.8 SW 218.8 -2 lbs onto next thread!
