7/22 214.8 (+1.2 total) so now I have to lose 2.2 to move from this thread... I am .... well not happy about this
7/23 214.8 (still +1.2 total) Boy this lb is going to be really hard to shed!
7/24 213.8 (+.2 total) OKAY the scale is heading back in the right direction.. GONNA Lose this 1 lb!!!

Jessie... LOL LOL gotta wait till those ounces go away! But they will (nice try! LOL)

Me... FINALLY in the loss column and I should get rid of the .4 ounces this weekend to be able to FINALLY move to lose that 2nd lb! I WILL I WILL! LOL

Well ME too! I lost and am now in the lose 3 lbs thread WEEEE

Don't feel too bad, Sue. Could be worse -- like me! I had to go back and lose my last 40 pounds over again! I'm about 11 pounds down on the reboot, 29 to go to get back where I was, and then 30 more to get to my interim goal.

JOE!!!! You made my day just seeing you (and missing you AGAIN! LOL) I know that this has been a rotten year for you... But it will get better! That short term added weight will disappear quickly! (We just have to leave the Almonds ALONE! lol) But I know you will do it! You started again and that is the hardest part (Well almost!) Tomorrow and everyday thereafter will show the results.. yep they will..... or my Blue's Clues car will come get you!

Bad Sue... I have to lose 3 lbs just to get to losing that 1st lb again! Lord... Start 1 carb off plan and BAM more start sticking!!!
