Hi Jesse.. Well a Fat Fast (per Dr. Atkins) is where you eat 1000 calories a day and 90% or 900 calories should be FAT calories... rest is protein.. but this is truly an almost -0- carb fast! A sample of what you can eat.... 10 oz of cream cheese (I know you like!!!) or 5 oz Macadamia nuts.(not both!!). but there are other things you can eat too.. check out Dana Carpender's web site... It is not too hard to do.. tho 2 days was good for me.. Sarahinparis did it for more days then that! I make it alittle easier on myself by doing it in 5 mini meals and the fat keeps me full! .. I put what I ate on the other thread and search Sarahinparis;s threads as she put her menu's down too in May I think!
