ME... Well..I had a Bad Week! I think I was bad everyday! (3 birthdays and then Mom's Day and I have 1 more Birthday (Dad) ).. But I have my food made for the week and no more going out (except Friday to a seminar at Disney World for my Insurance License... But I am going to walk around there aned bring my own snacks!) I will weigh in when I don't see that double chin anymore again! (Holding water.. my feet as Squishy!)

BBQ went well....had corn on the cob which was a little high in sugar and stayed away from the cole slaw. I did make cheesecake, not bad in a pinch but I used splenda so it had that after taste

Carol....congratulations on your 50 pound mark What an accomplishment!!!

Sue have fun at Disney world!! Even if it's for work I'm sure you can pull a little fun out of it. Careful about staying away for too lone...mine cost me 20 pounds

I hope everyone had an excellent weekend. My husband spoiled me on Mother's Day and the scale shows it. I had a lot of carbs on Sunday and a lot of sodium yesterday. I did run both days. That is really the only positive thing I did.

CW: 170.8 (sad face)
GW: 166.6

I am watching my sodium intake today.....I hope all of these extra lbs drop off tomorrow.
