Hey Firegirl.. I will track my exercising with you....
I would like to walk 8000+ steps a day. I am tracking my exercise walking in the Lazy persons marathon ( I walk 2 marathons a month).. but I need to make sure that on my off days I still walk over 3 miles without exercising
4/9 - 12298 steps check!
4/10 - 12495 steps
4/11 - 10993 steps
4/12 - 5225 boo 25 squats
4/13 - 12381 and 25 squats
