I did this a few months ago and lost 10 lbs in just a couple weeks. I'm not used to losing weight so easily and without a ton of exercise. I love cheese, meat and salads. I never went back to bread, just am not completely Atkins so haven't gained back what I lost.
Would be nice to lose another 10 lbs though! I'm hoping this support group will keep me going this time. My biggest mistake was not going through all the phases correctly. I have it all planned out this time around and am excited!
