Had to attend a black tie business dinner yesterday. I did ok on the calories, but I'm sure the sodium was high...resulting in a slight gain this morning. Hopefully it will disappear by tomorrow.

IAN... running still? Squash games at all? Have you tried Tennis lately? and FIL.. I am sending as much courage and determination your way to pass onto him!

Staja and Mara... staying still is sometimes good (tho stay away from the Hot Chocolate Staja! lol) your body is shifting the excess fat around to the spots it got lost... to get wacked again!
